High pressure will return to central Virginia to set up a beautiful Valentine's Day! Then, we will see an upper level trough form over the eastern states, bringing cooler temperatures for the weekend.
Tonight- Overcast skies becoming mostly clear, with northerly winds shifting to the west at 2-6 mph. Temperatures falling into the lower 30s, with a low of 30. 75% chance of precipitation, with rain
turning to snow around 3 a.m. Snow accumulation less than half an inch possible.
Valentine's Day- Mostly sunny, with westerly winds turning to the southwest at 4-10 mph. Temperatures rising to the lower 50s, with a high of 52, making for a lovely Valentine's Day.
Tomorrow Night- Partly cloudy, with southwesterly winds around 5-9 mph. Temperatures cooling to the lower 30s, with a low of 33.
Friday- Partly sunny skies becoming overcast in the early evening. Winds from the southwest shift to the west at 7-14 mph. Temperatures warming to the mid 50s, with a high of 54.
