Cold Front Approaching
A high pressure system will move out later today while an upper level low strengthens in the northern plains. This system will push a cold front through central VA tomorrow into Friday, and this front, unlike the ones we saw last week, will bring a chance of showers along with it. High pressure will build in behind it for another beautiful weekend.
Tonight- Partly cloudy with temperatures sinking to the mid to upper 40s. Low around 46. Winds out of the south at 6 mph.
Tomorrow- Chance of showers with isolated thunderstorms, mainly during the afternoon through the evening. Otherwise, mostly cloudy with temperatures hitting the upper 60s. High near 68. Southerly wind at around 5 to 13 mph. Chance of precipitation 60%.
Tomorrow Night- A chance for passing showers. Otherwise, cloudy skies with temperatures dropping to the upper 40s to lower 50s. Low around 47. Southwest wind around 6 mph calming down throughout the night. Chance of precipitation 60%.
Friday- Partly cloudy skies with temperatures reaching the upper 60s. High near 69. Light southwest wind picking up our of the south up to 8 to 13 mph.
Friday Night- Mostly clear conditions with temperatures dropping to the lower to middle 40s. Low around 44.
Saturday- Sunny skies with temperatures reaching the mid 60s. High near 65.
